We work from the same list you do when generating your property report so every part of your rental property is cleaned to perfection. We're also happy to be referred directly to the tenant if that makes it easier for you!
Rubbish Removal
With single axel 6x4 and twin axel 12 x 4 trailers available Clean4you can look after all your rubbish removal needs. Trailers are charged at a flat rate and include trailer and labour. Tip fees are calculated by weight. Materials much as mattresses and tyres attract additional council disposal fees.
Pre Sale Cleaning
Our move-in cleaning services ensure that your listings are spotless and ready for you to present. Furnished or unfurnished we clean every part of the home, so you don’t have to worry about anything but selling.
Frequently Asked Questions
Booking a service is simple. Send a work order through to [email protected], we'll schedule the job and you'll receive a confirmation and competition date. We're familiar with and have account with all the major property management platforms so comments and photos of completed tasks are provided.
All you need to do is assess the property in terms of Good, Average, or Poor then leave it up to us to assign the correct hours required. If we're working down a prepared list we'll provide an estimate prior to confirming your booking.
We'll provide an assessment on arrival and communicate any variances prior to commencement.
Most of our real Estate clients provide onsite lockboxes as this means we can access a property outside normal business hours. If it's more convenient we can also pick up and return keys to your agency however depending on distances a key pickup fee may apply.

We're here to help make your job easier and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied, please let us know, and we’ll re-clean the areas of concern.
We understand sometimes issues can arise and we'll alway work with you to provide a good result so we can continue a good working relationship with you.
We're happy to extend credit for up to six weeks with prior arrangement. We do require a formal work order on company letterhead in order to offer credit terms. You can still always make an booking using a credit card.
We are also very happy to accept referrals and deal directly with the tenant.
We follow industry best practice and all our carpet cleaning professionals use top quality chemicals that provide the best results available. In addition an internal Pet spray is included with all end of lease carpet cleaning services.
Lets face it, there are tenants who leave the property in good condition and there are those who don't - which is where we can help. We're here to make your job easier with full EOL cleaning, specific detailed lists, or just a wipe over.

Transparent Cleaning Pricing
We offer simple flat end of lease cleaning pricing based on the size of the home and the number of bedrooms.
The cleaning price listed for each End of Lease cleaning package is an estimate and is calculated on a property in good condition. Condition loading may apply if the property condition isn't as described.
Initial Inspection Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at your property our cleaning team will conduct a walkthrough, and if you're present, you're welcome to join. This allows us to review the service against the provided scope. If any adjustments are needed, such as requiring additional time, we will promptly communicate with you before proceeding with any work.
Carpet Cleaning Price Guide
We provide straightforward flat-rate pricing for carpet cleaning, determined by the size of your home and the number of carpeted rooms. The listed price for each carpet cleaning package serves as an estimate and is based on carpet in good condition. However, additional charges may apply if the carpets condition differs from the description provided.
