Most Plan Managers require a copy of this Agreement to ensure smooth support provision and NDIS funding management. Participants can provide their Plan Manager's invoicing email address, and we handle the rest, offering the option to receive invoice copies for record-keeping, ensuring choice and control over funding.

For Self-Managed Participants, we provide the same assistance as for Plan Managed and NDIA Managed Participants. While we can draft a customised Service Agreement if desired, it's not mandatory to enjoy our services. Payment is requested at the time of booking via credit or debit card, with an immediate invoice sent afterwards for claiming through the myplace NDIS Portal. Funds are then transferred back to your nominated account by the NDIS, offering flexibility and control over your funding.
