Agency Managed

As a Registered NDIS-approved cleaners, we offer support for NDIA-managed Plans. Agency Managed Participants need an active Clean4you Service Agreement to access our services, which are customisable and easy to understand. We assist in arranging the Agreement process from submission to Service Booking creation, ensuring swift service initiation for your convenience.

Plan Managed

Plan Managed Participants need an Active Service Agreement with us to access our services. Most Plan Managers require a copy of this Agreement to ensure smooth support provision and NDIS funding management. Participants can provide their Plan Manager's invoicing email address, and we handle the rest, offering the option to receive invoice copies for record-keeping, ensuring choice and control over funding.

Self Managed

For Self-Managed Participants, we provide the same assistance as for Plan Managed and NDIA Managed Participants. While we can draft a customised Service Agreement if desired, it's not mandatory to enjoy our services. Payment is requested at the time of booking via credit or debit card, with an immediate invoice sent afterwards for claiming through the myplace NDIS Portal. Funds are then transferred back to your nominated account by the NDIS, offering flexibility and control over your funding.

Not at all! Many of our clients choose to leave a key or arrange access so they can make the most of their time. All Clean4You cleaners are background-checked, so your home is in safe hands.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

It depends on your location and the size of the job. For general home cleaning, we typically send 2 team members. For smaller spaces or shorter visits, one cleaner may be assigned.
