What should I expect on my first cleaning appointment?
With Clean4you, your first house cleaning appointment is smooth and professional from start to finish. Our team arrives on time with all supplies and equipment, confirms any specific instructions, and gets straight to work. We carry out thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising key areas, ensuring a detailed and consistent result. By the end, your home is left fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy.
Are you insured?
Yes, Clean4you is fully insured with $20 million in public liability insurance, giving you complete peace of mind when using our cleaning services. This coverage protects both our clients and our team in the unlikely event of any incident during service delivery. With this level of protection in place, you can feel confident that your home is in safe hands while we deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning results.
How and when do I pay for my services?
We require a credit card at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in advance. On the day of your service, a temporary hold is placed on your card for the total amount, and the payment is only processed once the cleaning is completed.
All transactions are securely handled through Stripe for safety and reliability, and clients under NDIS, rehabilitation, DVA, or approved account arrangements are exempt from this payment process.
