Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

We understand things change which is why we provide flexibility and accommodate changes where we can. If you need to make a change call 1300 10 22 10 and our customers service representative will do everything to help. Once you make your initial booking, we will create an account for you, allowing you to log in and make modifications to your bookings whenever you need to.

How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?

You have the flexibility to choose the option that suits you best. You may provide us with a key, leave a key in a safe prearranged spot on the day of cleaning, share the garage code or lock box with us, or simply be at home. The choice is yours.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

Unless otherwise arranged in advance, we require a credit card at the time of booking. On the day of your service, a funds hold will be placed on your card for the full amount of the service fee. Please note that our system only processes charges after your service is complete.

Do you provide a bond back guarantee?
